Good to hear that great customer service isn't a lost art. What was wrong to begin with?

Bill told me on the phone that when he put the new update on the website it was working fine. But he was going to have to get with his IT person as something corrupted the update. His Evo was doing the same as mine after downloading from the website. Worked fine before.

He'll fix it.

Still wondering why it happend though... while the customer service might have been spectacular to fix it, should it have happend in the first place? I mean, mistakes happen but, when it comes to programming a multi-thousand dollar engine, a mistake can be ULTRA costly.

Any which way, I'm glad you guys got it all worked out.

Just got off the phone with Bill. Downloaded the new update, loaded in pcm, works great again.

Thanks Bill.

AMPG seems to be much more accurate. Made a couple of high speed runs and came home with an avg of 7.1.

Good shifts. Everything is back. I'll check it out again tomorrow.

Nice talking to ya Bill.

Another thumbs up to Bill from me He stayed well past 9:00 PM last night getting as many people straight as possible. My first time talking to him, and one heck of a nice guy. Thanks again Bill.

Add another one to the list! Thanks a bunch Bill. If anyone else from Edge is reading this forum make sure Bill gets a raise. He's the man.

Well, I didn't get to talk to Bill, but I told him in my email that my problem was not an emergency since the truck ran. This (Sunday) morning there was an update waiting that fixed the problem. I dunno if it was Bill per se, but thanks to him and his team that got it done.
