Don't Load Edge Update

I loaded the new update today, installed level 3 like I have many times before and my truck wouldn't start. I figured there was a problem with the update, so I went back to stock. Guess what, it still didnt start. No matter what I do, I cant get it to start. No reply from edge yet (didn't really expect one today) but it looks like I'am going to have to pay Ford to fix this. I can't wait to hear the mocking from them. Anyway, just a warning to those with the Edge.

Dont pay Ford to fix it. Edge is working on it. Check the other threads. If ford sees that you have a tuner, they will void your warranty.

Unfortunately, my warranty is already up. My truck wont start, and I dont think Edge can fix it from this point. I even hooked up my 1714 and it wont even recognize that the truck is turned on.

Im in the same boat, my truck wont start Did you notice when you put the key in on the on position that the red light on the dash would flicker very fast and dim? It lets me load and unload level 3 and back to stock but it still wont start. Im sure these guys will be having a hell of a lota calls come monday.

That sucks!! Try disconnecting the battery for 30 minutes then hook back up see if it trys to reprogram stock settings. I know this works if it is cranked not sure about just turning the key on though??

The update worked fine for me. So far, it's the best my truck has ever run and I was one of the first Edge buyers, so I've been through all the updates. I'm really sorry to hear you guys are stuck like that, it would have me pretty bent out of shape. Here is to hoping it gets fixxed quickly. Is it just certain hex codes I wonder?

On the edge screen main menu. Go under diagnostics and then version.
