BBB Autoline...No Good
The BBB really protects THEIR own best interests. What they do is try to solve issues between the business and client by having them communicate with eachother, but they really don't like to get involved(as I found out). Ford has alot of money and so do dealers. And money speaks more than the facts(i'm sorry to say) I hope that at least you can take your mods off and take her in for a good trade. I'm sorry to hear you had so many problems, and then to have someone not back it up is even worse. good luck
Brew i know the feeling i work at ford motor co. and my rear end is sounding as if its going to fall out . Need to go in again this will be second time on this.I just hate the B S that comes from the dealers also. When you do buy plz do buy American . My wife even likes the front of the new Dodge Daytona.s but i could never pull into a Ford lot with that .When i do get another pick up im thinking of moving back to a 2003 or later myself . I can wait another ten years before i buy a truck that shakes rattles and rolls down the road.

Well that made me laugh...I'm still sick over the whole thing. Ford really needs to get thier head out of thier behinds before they need to lay off another 30,000 employees.BREW

They need all the sales they can get.

Deals? You are probably aware of the "other" f150 board, which has a few dealers (PA and OR i think?) that will sell any F150 at 500 below invoice to their members. (you have to pick it up, or setup shipping, or negotiate with a dealership in your area to have it shipped to them)....
If you are interested, and am unaware of what i am talking about, post here, and i will get back to you. I also got myself a 100K 5 year extended PremiumCare warrany at 100 over cost from that site. Darn nice deal!
I am sorry that your bbb case didn't work out. I was going to ask if I could have those other BBB case numbers you used. I filed with the state first and then I am going to try the BBB. Maybe that will work. If it doesn't then Chevy here I come.

Hotrod...the case number will not work unless you have the actual written decision with you. The arbitraitor told me since all I had was the number and no data to back it up, he couldnt use them. He also told me that he is not allowed to research anything after the hearing. So all he has to work with is what you give him in the meeting. It's a pretty crappy process and I dont recommend it to anyone. Screw the BBB and go get a lawyer. The BBB is lazy, could care less about you or your problems and seem to be on Fords side.
Good Luck

I'm not 100% sure yet. Ive looked at the Mustang GT, an 06 F150, and 06 BMW and a Certified 04 BMW 330ci. At this oint, I still have nop idea what I'm going to get. Chevy is NOT an option, and the Dodge 1500 would take a lot of persuasion before I drive one of those.

VIBE....Rear clunk, bank and shudder.
Is this your first truck?

I have the clunk and shutter on my 04, as I did on my 97, but I find it easier to live with than dealing with the dealer, lawyer, BBB, etc.
Too bad you couldnt get it fixed the way you wanted.
Sounds like the 330ci would be right up your alley. I had an 03 e46 M3 before this truck and I found that it was too nice i got bent out of shape with every little piece of dust. Of course then there was the bearing recall for the s54 motors blowing up.
Good luck. I'd get another f150. Sounds like you just got one that came off the line mine did. I figure I will fix mine when the clunk part actually breaks.

Best of luck in seeking out your next vehicle (MB).
