well like i said...i was just curious....i went with it all in one shot...but for me it was more about safety...i had 2 VERY GOOD tuners in my back yard so i trusted them tuning the truck over the standard calibration that came from ATI...it just so happened i got the extra power from it...but it was more for preventing detonation and making sure the A/Fs were right....Congrats thought....once you go forced induction, youll never go back!

Why not? You have SCT pro racer in your signature and the 0-60 times you posted were...well...sad. Give the guy some slack....we're all giving you plenty.

I was thinking really hard about buying one, and I was going to sell some stock to do it. I even had my wife, who is normally very mature and logical, convinced that it wasn't a bad idea. I got on the etrade site, started looking at my portfolio, trying to decide what to sell, and figuring out how much it would cost me down the road. Well, needless to say, I came to the conclusion that it wouldn't be a wise decision to make. If I was to spend the $6,000 now, 5 years from now, I'd have a truck that is worth about $10,000 and no return for my investment. That same $6,000, in 5 years, would be around $8,000, and I still have a truck worth $10,000. I envy you guys who can spend that kind of money on something that will obviously depreciate so quickly. Your lives are certainly more exciting than mine...I am boring and dull.

These twin-screw blowers with the intercooler will blow all the other superchargers out of the water.... On top of that Whipple makes one of the most reputable superchargers on the market. Im excited to FINALLY see some good numbers for these trucks! Good luck!

freekyfx4, I'm definately not looking at buying this supercharger as an investment, and realize vehicles depreciate faster than most other material goods. Instead of worrying about depreciation, I take appreciation into consideration, and I have a feeling I'm really going to appreciate this supercharger!

Believe me, I'm not dissing you for buying it...I wish I could justify it. If I won the PowerBall tomorrow, I'd quit my job, give 10% to my church, give a million to each immediate family member, pay off everything, and start buying toys. Then I could justify it...I guess I'll just have to live vicariously through you guys!
