Running boards, with or without Pics included

I just put my oem running boards back on, and I think it looks better with them on, what do yall think???

I hate those things only cause i get my pants dirty. But if you actually use them and need them, its better than paying for a new steering column when you use those runnign boards to get into your truck.

this is a question I have contemplated over for a while, now that I see both pics, I would say if you use them, and you dont go off road that often, then leave them, but I prefer the truck without them. Never been a fan of steps, unless they are the motorized ones from bestop or kodiak.

So I say take them off.

They go great with the rest of your chrome, but I do not like them on any of our trucks. I only keep mine for my wife and door protection. That is why I modded mine and brought them up tighter to the body just cause I hate how low they sit.
