Unless you happened to find your Roush for $3888

But damn, that is going to be one fast truck with that much power/torque............

I was comparing MSRPs. I'm sure there will be ebay deals on the Whipple once they've been out for while.

And yeah, it would be one fast truck with the much power. I can see 13s if you can get it to hook up.

The roush can be had for just under $4k. As for what I chose to spend my money on, I am spending it on what is most important to me (speed vs. functionality), and you're right, they're very close in comparison to cost. I wish I could afford them both. I see that Matt beat me to the 4k comment.

Just found a supplier for 5K, with free shipping and they have them in stock... hmmmmmmmmm

I might just have to pick one up and scratch the Roush.

After having a whipple on one of my old 5.3 Silverado's, I was sold on their quality and performance along with awesome tech service. I wonder if the wife will fall for another fib.

Wife: How much was that, it looks expensive???

Me: It was a little over $1200 hun.

Wife: Oh my God, I am glad it was no more then that, I would of shot you.

Same story for my STS Turbo. Works great but I feel bad for a few minutes after, and then get over it

Good thing I pay the CC bill and do all the other bills

I wonder if the drivetrain can handle that much power without tearing something up. I want one.

Im curious about the internals like the rods and stuff. Even when they put a SC on the 5.4L for the Lightning they did some internal upgrades over the stock F150 correct?
