I didn't think there was much 'grey' to this post JJG...

Last warning.

What part of that do you not comprehend? Really man... I'm at the end of my rope with you. Many others are too. Did you know I had three 'REPORTED' posts about you TODAY alone? Three! While ALL THREE were VERY much appreciated and needed, I don't have time to deal with that type of thing... especially when I can deal with it in a couple of clicks of a mouse in the administrative section and make it all go away.

The best thing for you to do at this point in the game is to sit tight and post information, that you know to be factual and pertinent to something within the forum where you're posting, on an infrequent basis...very infrequent.

I know you do not need advice, but why not keep the chit chat in the GD forum of this site and keep tech only talk in these areas. You still get to BS with everyone in the GD forum and keep usefull info in here.

If I was out to run you off, I would've already removed you. I'm not out to do that...

Simply put, I'm trying to get you in tune with what the message board is all about. As was mentioned, it's not a chat room and thus, the frequent, unhelpful, non-thoughtful, confrontational banter has gotten old. Think about how much you've posted in the past month... think about it. That is the predominant reason why you catch so much slack every time you open your mouth here.

Ever had an annoying family member that wouldn't stop yapping and talked your ear off? Didn't you want to stick a sock in his/her mouth so that you could just watch TV or hear someone else tell you something? That's what most are experiencing with you.

Is that a bit more clear?

I'm a moderator but, I'm not here to run people off and ban people at will. I assure you that those who have been banned as a result of their posts earned it as I'm pretty lenient when it comes to this stuff.

You, unlike some that have had the ax, have some level of common sense because even after I talked to you about not posting so much and staying out of the center spotlight, you had the courtesy to attempt to apologize. While what you said came out in the light that I was going to protect you if further poop and fan collided, you had the right idea -- just the wrong tone and context in saying what you were trying to say. At the time, I didn't have the time to explain to you what I am now as I was knee-deep in a report for work.

Now that I have a little bit, I want to make it perfectly clear that NO ONE here earmarked you with a target; you equipped yourself with that feature. No one here has posted as much as you've posted in the past couple of weeks -- there's no way that they could.

So, in closing, if you want to vanish, do it on your own terms. I'm not going to remove your account as you don't deserve it in my honest opinion. I try to do a good job here and, while I definitely make my share of mistakes, I try to do what's right as I see it... I don't think I'm missing it or making a mistake by singling you out at the moment as you've brought it on yourself.

You may think I do not deserve to be removed..But I do, I think I cause more trouble than I do good. So therefore I think for the common good, you should remove my account, as I can not do that myself..

If you feel that being here is not the right thing for you or the forum then just don't come here...RP doesn't have to remove you to stop you from "causing more trouble than you do good". Just don't come to this website anymore....just delete the link from your favorites. I don't think you can do that though because your obviously addicted to posting here...so maybe you do need an intervention.

With that said I don't want to see you banned or even leave. Your a smart assed little know it all sometimes but I think you have good intentions and like I said before...at least your into Fords and not Hondas! Just try to ask prudent questions when you need to and make quality posts when you can contribute to a thread. Hang around and read more than you post and you will learn a lot here...the most important thing you will learn is how to take advantage of the fact that you are surrounded by people that know more than you do. I take try to take advantage of that fact when ever I can!

Matt, I bet I could take your Roush supercharged F-150 in a stock Mustang GT 5-speed, on a track of course. I don't race on the street. And I know I can drive 5-speed better than anyone. I grew up learning, and have owned 5 Mustangs, all V8 and 5 speed in my days.

Nope, not if people were asking for your opinion or something.
