If I'm not mistaken, Thumper had his 33's on his truck before the lift. They were on aftermarket rims, but the tire still takes up the same amout of space. You just might not be able to get such a wide tire on the stock rims.

I'm pretty sure those are 33's. There's a picture in his gallery where he trimmed his fenders, so it must be pretty close. I don't know what width they are, but I think a narrower tire would work without any trimming.

I wouldnt be too confident in 33s on stock suspension. I remember my friends jeep with 3 inches of lift, his 33s rubbed on his rear flares when we were thrashing in the mud.

Rancho lift and 35" BFG AT
Rancho lift and 35" BFG AT
That's awesome!!!! Would the rancho lift work on 2wd?? Or just stick with 3" skyjacker?

Im pretty sure you could do 33s on the STOCK rim without a leveling kit. They'll probally rub during hard off-roading. I had 33x13x18 on my Helo Maxx 6s with the 2.5" Daystar. I still had to do a little trimming, nothing crazy though. However, I've never experienced any rubbing from the rear tires, its only been the fronts, mainly the drivers side. Before I got the 1-1/2" Autospring, I got a LITTLE rub from my 35" Mud Grapplers during hard off-roading. I hope this helps answers some questions.
