Weather Tech way better than Husky

I just replaced my Husky's with Weather Tech. No comparison....I was always catching the edge of the Husky and the Weather Tech has a lip which extends to the plastic kick panel i.e. no mud on carpet

Catch-All makes both of them look and perform like crap!

Thus far, the best damn invest I've made .. .. .. period!

I had mine for a couple of months now and love them. I have got gray carpet but got the black mats and it looks good.

I dig my weather techs as well. The only thing I don't like is the drivers side tie down. Trying to get the mat unhooked from the floor seems to always result in me spilling dirt on the rug.

I dont have any problems dragging my feet on my Husky's, but then again how hard is it to remember to pick up your feet when you get out?? Guess harder for some then others.

I thought about cutting the top of the hook off or just trimming the corner of it off to make it easy to remove the mats.

This is our first truck. It's a 06 Lariat SuperCab. My wife hates the stock floor mats. Loves the truck. She does like the style of the CatchAll mats. But CatchAll lists to 2005. Are the 2005 mats the same for 2006 ???

I had Husky mats in my '01 SCrew ( and my previous truck for 6 years ).
Got a set of Fox Weatherboots from someone used ( huge deal, 95.00 shipped ). The driver's side had the wear from usage, but they were in great shape.
I had a guy on XMAS eve @ 10:30 in the morning pull a left hand turn in front of me ( F-250 FX-4 ) and I nailed him at 30 mph in the driver's front wheel ( barely got it slowed down ). The reason for the prelim to the story on Fox's. My 20oz coffee cup almost full turned upside down on the pass side WeatherBoot, and emptied out. When I got the truck to my parents, I pulled the mat, and drained ~18oz of coffee out of it, and low and behold...no coffee on the carpet under it.

That sold me 100%, I ordered a set for my 2006, actually had them 3 weeks before the truck showed up !
They do cost a bit, but after using the Husky mats for about 7 years, the Fox WeatherBoots are head and shoulders above them.

I have not tried the WeatherTech mats ( they are right here in Chicago area ), but my friend has them in her LS-430, and she likes them.

Just another option for mats.
