Hey guys, need your help. I am looking to buy the RETRAX bed cover for my truck next month. I have looked at many different websites and see that prices vary based on where you purchase it. What I need to know is where would be the best place to buy it? I don't want to end up buying the cover from some shady vendor. Any help would be appreciated.

 

I bought mine directlly from Retrax, and I can only tell you that I am glad did.
I live in WI and had the lock freeze tight while up north for a job. I had to pry the lock open and of course destroyed it in the process. I called Retrax up and not only did they ship me a new lock, but a weather cover, two extra sets of keys and a tailgate gasket set for free. I can also say that everytime I have called Retrax I was able to speak to someone or they would call me back and help me with what ever I needed. There customer service is well worth the extra money I paid. Good luck.

 

I totally agree. Buy directly from Retrax. I had mine for a year and a half and the cover was bowing and no questions asked; they replaced it for free and 2-day'd it to my front door at no cost. Customer Service is untouchable!
