Crooked steering wheel
Sounds like the toe's off a hair. For what it's worth, alignments are covered under factory warranty for 12 months/12,000 miles. My steering wheel was juked to the right a bit when I got my truck, toe adjustment fixed it right up.
My steering wheel was perfectly straight until I took my truck ('99 XL) in today for a routine alignment check, oil change, etc. When I got it back, the wheel was crooked. This seems to happen about half the time they do the alignment. Guess I'll be taking it back tomorrow...

Mine pulls to the left. It didn't do it at first. The problem started after I had it aligned when I installed my Autospring. I figure they didn't have the wheel perfectly straight when they aligned it.
If the truck doesn't pull, then it probably means that when the truck was alligned, the steering wheel wasn't centered. No big deel just have it realligned, and make sure they center the steering wheel.

Mine doesn't pull to either side. Mine goes straight down the road. I'm real **** about the wheel being straight when I go down the road, so much so I try not to hit any bumps at all fearing knocking my alignment out. I'm sure the truck can take some really good bumps without the alignment getting knocked out. Any one else afraid of this when they drive.

Well sounds like when I go in for my first service I will have the dealer look at mine. Been debateing for a little while now if its just me or is the wheel off to the right some, I thought maybe I was just being a little to **** but now that I see it has happened to a few of us I will be sure to let them know. Thanks guys!

I believe there is a seperate adjustment for the centering of the steering wheel. Just mention that your wheel is a little off-center and to what direction to the tech. Its a very simple fix by any alignment shop. If there still is a pull after the alignment, it may be a radial tire pull and try moving it to the rear. If your running those stock Continentals, swap them out, they are junk!
Be sure you get a full front alignment check (i.e.- caster, camber, toe) and not just a simple toe check. Most dealerships only adjust toe and call it an alignment. The last place to get a proper alignment is at a dealership in my opinion.
I know my truck is now way off from factory specs because I didnt like the way the tires had been wearing. I now keep a copy of my alignment specs in the glovebox to use as a guide.
I'm amazed at the amount of bad alignments there are out there, all you got to do is look at the wear on some truck tires. It simply pays to have it checked every few months because it saves you money in not having to replace those expensive offroad/street tires that much sooner in my opinion.
