Towing and the new flash code?

Has anyone experienced any "shiftyness" as a result of getting the new flash code? I do like how the truck pulls my duck hunting boat and stays in OD if I pick a reasonable RPM and the hills aren't too big. I am afraid w/ the new more "responsive" pedal that it will get too trigger happy and downshift more frequently. Has anyone here towed w/ the new flash and what was your experience?

Yes, I have towed with the new flash. It will downshift quicker in response to the throttle, but this is much better. I always felt that the truck would lug itself around with a load before, which just seems kind of hard on itself. Now it sounds a little revvy, but it responds so much better and delivers when you need it.

I'm actually ok with it lugging as long as the speedo is moving at all to ragain the desired speed. When that is occuring its using the torque it has and not spinning excessively when there is no need. Not excited about the flash now.
