Help with 4x4 hub line???

Edit: I posted this in the brake section because I thought it was an ABS line but I was wrong, it goes to my driver side hub.

Atleast I think that is what this plastic tube is. My question is what does it plug into??? It was just dangling right under the end of the air intake. I took a couple of pictures for reference. I thought it looked like maybe it plugs into the top of that brake booster or whatever it is with the hardlines running out of it. I pushed on it pretty hard but no luck. Can anyone help me out? Thanks.

I dunno what the hell that is. Might be a vacuum line that'd go to the hubs on a 4x4. Ain't got nothing to do with the brakes though.

I tried to trace it down and it looks to go into a grommet of some sort and then runs down to the anti-lock brake sensor? No idea where it could plug into. I know I'm missing something here...

Ok, you are right Quintin. I retraced it and it does run to the hub, not the ABS sensor. Any idea where that thing should plug into? I don't see any other small hoses or anthing lying around under there... Thanks for your help.

Then I dunno where it'd go. I'll look at a 4x4 tomorrow and see.

Can someone with a 4x4 look at theirs to see where this plastic line plugs in? I'm not sure where the vacuum soloniod to engage the hubs is. Thanks.

Just for future reference. That line in my picture doesn't go to anything apparently. I stopped by my Ford dealership and popped the hood on a new 4x4. It had that same plastic line but it was just clipped onto one of the brake hardlines but it didn't run anywhere.
