Leveling Kit plus Spindle Lift??????
They quoted me that price a while back, so I am going to call them and make sure that still is the case. If so, thats probably the route I will go, and then get some gap guards. We'll see.

Friggin idiots. When will they ever have somebody who knows their **** working in a tire shop? I guess maybe when they start paying more than $9.00, oh well.

I'm having a hard time understanding why no one makes a 3" spindle lift for the new trucks. I contacted fabtech and they said that they only offer the 0-3" adjustable dirt logic shocks at this time. How would rancho's differ? Also, I know they offer adjustable shocks as well. Is this the new alternative to leveling blocks? I really don't want to mess too much with the control arm angles and never have liked the thought of a body lift. Am I just screwed here, or being to picky.

thump,
I'm talking about the crazy 'z' looking control arms I'm seeing on trucks with spacers and coils with spacers. The only thing--as I understand it--that would eliminate/signifigantly reduce those bad angles would be a drop bracket such as in a spindle lift...correct? Aren't you running the pro comp 6" lift? Why didn't you stick with the 33's? Also, did you regear with the 35's?

They don't make 'spindle' lifts for this body style.
Why didn't I keep the 33s? Because I was clearing them with just a leveling kit and it looked dumb SKYING those 33s. I actually have the Rancho lift and no I didn't regear with the 35s, it really doesn't need it. I'll be getting 4.88s when I get my new tires, 38s.
