Had the xtang rt on 05 screw. Traded 05 in for 06 scab. the low profile of the rt is awesome ( imo of course ). Too bad it doesn't fit the scab cause it is only 6 months old and I'll definately order another rt for the 6.5 foot bed.

not totally waterproof but enough where if you have a bed liner, any little bit of water that did drip in would be in the grooves anyway.

extang bed cover

hey guys!
just wanted to put my two cents in!
but i ordered a extang full tilt for my 2004 supercrew
and was very unhappy with the fit! quaility was very
good! but the tonneau cover fitted very loose! so i sent
it back and bought a undercover tonneau! and i'am very
pleased with it!

That is strange, mine has a flawless fit. I heard of some people having the incorrect frame rails in the box from Extang. I wonder if this was an issue, not sure. I have had nothing but great experience with all my Extang covers.

Thumbs up

Have an Extang BlackMax on my 04 SCREW. I love it. No issues with water in the bed, and also no issues in the cold as it has clips that can be flipped over for winter, mine are still set for summer and I have taken it completly off in temps under 30 F and have put it back on hours later with no problem. Easy to take off when needed and simple to put back on.
