I got in the correct refund amount for my truck which is ok now.the dealership wont credit me some thing they put on the truck.oh well after i turn this truck in I m DONE with this dealership thats for sure,,

 

I got the call from the dealership they got my refund check today.Looks like i m turning the truck in today.So i guess i am done with this buyback(rav)process.not bad started it in nov. of 05.good luck to everyone that going though the process..BTW the BBB didnt really do anything with my case all me and the dealership..

 

ITS Offical the truck is back to the dealership for the last time they ford owns it again.I glad this is over with..

 

Thats great man. I wish I could say the same thing for me. I guess we'll see in a couple more weeks.

So did you get a new truck yet or are you still trying to decide?

How s your case going?I m done with mine ford gave me a full refund minus milage fees.Went and pick up A 06 tundra double cab .Man its a lot differant then the ford i have with ride its a little samller on the inside then the crew cab but man what a ride.its fun to drive.hope your case goes your way as well as brewdude.I wish the both of you the best of luck i m going to hang around this forum for a while.i will shoot some pict later.

I got my arbitration package in the mail yesterday. I found out that it will be me and the arbitrator....Ford will be represented "in writing"

I'm not sure if thats good, bad, or doesn't make a difference. Iwill let you all know in a few weeks.
