It ain't the 45 mph part to worry about, it's engaging 4WD on dry pavement.

 

I haven't used 4WD since the last post I made (December 26th or so)...

In most snowy conditions, the truck is fine in 2WD and my confidence in the reliability of the Ford part-time 4X4 system has been GREATLY dimished through my personal experiences...
