4x4 question

are the front axle shafts supposed to turn when driving in 2H?
mine both spin in opposite directions, I thought on my other truck they didnt spin at all in 2H. I've tried to look at other 150's going down the road and it dont work so well..

someones gotta look. have your wife-g/f drive slowly while you look under to see if the axles are spinning. make sure your not fighting first or she might run you over...

Yes they turn any time the wheels are turning. The only disconnect is in the transfer case. Unlike the older trucks (pre 97) the wheels do not disconnect at the hubs.

The axles shouldn't spin -

You DO have disconnecting hubs at the wheels and the axles shouldn't spin when you aren't in 4WD. Here's a the path to Warn's press release on the hubs:
