Racing Stripes

I've been thinking of having stripes put on, so could any of you give some pics. I have a black FX4 with the shadow gray two-tone and like Josiah's rig. Thanks.

Guys, I think he's talking about the grey racing stripes that go on the tailgate, over the roof, and onto the hood. Like on the Ford GT and the picture in Josiah's sig. I couldn't find anything on eBay or on Google Images... I think they would look good on the right truck.

lol no you don't have racing strips. Like craz3d said, you have "Pinstripes"

Racing strips are huge stripes that go from tailgate over the hood and roof.
Some trucks look good with them on, some don't. Its all about what color truck you have and the mods that are done to it that.

My bad! I was thinking about the pin stripe was a racing strip..

Again, my bad, and I am senile, so that explains it too...

Dam Trinty, why didn't you pull me up sooner.. Instead of letting me make a fool of myself!!

Anyway, I understand now. I have a pinstripe, not a racing stripe...

My big bad..(foot in mouth, and backing away)

I've been thinking of doing the same thing on my Aspen Green Scab. Only a little wider tha 04on20's and in either black or silver... Think it will look decent?

BTW, nice truck 04on20's!!! Love the shaker and rims. They look bigger than 20's.

i had a black truck with stripes and it looked great.
my advice is go with SILVER stripes, have them thick and have a silver accent on each side of each of the stripes kinda like a pinstripe, looks badass.. i loved it.

do you have to put racing stripes on a 4x2, or is it acceptable for a 4x4 also? i really don't know about such things.
