Not exactly what your looking for but here is what the factory silver stripes looked like on my 97 Ram SS/T:

One thing that is very important about the stripes pictured above is that they are 1/2 in wider at the back of the hood than they are at the front edge. This has something to do with line of sight or depth perseption but whatever it was it was important because they looked much better than "straight" stripes. The stripes on the grille were the same width as the stripe on the leading edge of the hood and the stripe on the roof and tailgate were the same width as the trailing edge of the hood. The area between the stripes remained constant...so the taper was to the outside. Seeing one with the propper taper you would never notice it, but park it beside one with "add on" straight stripes and it really made a difference (all though you really did know why because it was so suttle).

I like it. I am assuming that this color is dark shadow gray, so my truck would be just the opposite in color. Damn, I will I had a digital camera to show ya. Anyway, I have the two-tone (black w/ lower gray), so I think the stripes would be great if they matched the gray. Also, I did have pin stripes on my black '97 that were PURPLE. My wife loved it.
