Sears also has it. Check online using the sk part number. It specifically says it is for the 04 f150.
An interesting note, I talked to a shop that had been dealing with the 3v 4.6 for a while and they had no issues with the plugs breaking off but they did have issue with the plugs melting when using the NOS (NAWSS!!!).

spark plug troubles
Have heard alot about spark plugs breaking off during tune-ups but have seen quite a few where the threads pull right out with the plugs.Snap-on has a tool to drill out the spark plug socket and and re tap the hole with out removing the head.....tool is around 700 bucks......I think I will be taking mine to Ford for tune-up when it comes time.If the break it they fix it (on them no cost to customer).

Went to the local O'Rielly's Auto Parts store Saturday and asked for the special tool for Fords. Guy gave me a blank look and said it was just the normal 5/8 plug sockett with an extention. I told him, no, it was a 9/16. So, he looked in the book for the plugs and there was no listing for the 05, 5.4 spark plug. So, he looked at 04, got a number and brought out a plug. It was a 5/8 but it did not have the pressed on shank going down into tjhe head. It was a regular plug with the tip just passed the threads. So, they have no idea about the proper plug nor the tool.
