Im getting ready to order the Edge unit and would like to paint the pod to match the silver on my dash. Does anyone know where I can buy the paint online in a spray-can? Thanks in advance.

 

Check SEM products web site. You want to get the color coat product. It is made for plastic and interior stuff. Check the dealers in your area they can color match and put ina rattle can for you.

 

Just go to ford and ask for the interior paint.

 

Thumper what is the model number of the edge you are buying? Where are you buying it from? How much is it? What is the expected horsepower gain and why did you decied on this one rather than the xcal?

Yes, Ford makes the paint in a rattle can. I've seen a picture of the stuff somewhere in a thread on this site.

I used the interior paint to paint an airbag that was installed in my truck that was grey (tan interior). I tried to match it with several aftermaket brands with no luck. I recommend getting it from ford it matches and besides they know what you have.

I did but I couldn't come up with the name of the grey that is in the Lariat interior. Do you happen to know?

 

It will either be Medium Flint or Dark Flint. Medium is mostly gray with some dark gray/black. Dark has about 50/50 gray and dark gray/black.
