16" wheels will not fit our truck due to the calipers and clearance issues. You can start with 17" wheels and go up but not down unless you change out your calipers and rotors.

As for 18" or 20" I like both. I belive it depends on the combonation of rim and tire.

Hey Thump when you had the 33" and the rancho 4" combo how much space did you have between the wheel wells and the top of the tire? I like the rancho but only want 33"., I looked at your gallery and it looked good but wish you had a closer shot. Any help is much appreciated.

Sorry for the hijack

What are all your measurements on those tires and wheels (width and backspacing)? Thanks Thumper! Good looking truck!

upgrades...

I wanted to upgrade my 17" xlt wheels to the 18" FX4 wheels. My dealer advised me against because the speedo would be off and they also said it would void my warranty.

Anyone else been told this by their dealer??

22 actually fit good on my FX4, and the ride actually isn't that bad, sepecially for NY city roads. I have tons of pics platnum silver FX4 king cab on 22's fox540@aol.com

The tires are Nitto Terra Grapplers 325/60/18 or 33x13x18

The wheels are Helo Maxx 6s 18x9 with 5-1/2" of backspacing.

Can any of you photoshop experts take my truck from my gallery and put some Eagle 178's or Helo Maxx 6s (black and chrome)? If you can make a difference with 18's or 20's, try that with any similar wheel. Thanks!
