A carefully staged picture

Just put new chrome handle covers to go with the HD grille, and thought I would get a good photo that shows off the truck, the chrome and a great background.

Looks good. Too bad you didn't have the 06 bumper, Ford would probably use you in a brochure or commercial.

Thanks, but I am forced to admit, I was just standing there. My wife took it. She does nice work with her cameras.

For the real brochure effect, you need to black out the windows.

You could probably photo-chop them, black.

Haha the truth comes out. I was shocked that any point-and-shoot camera could pull that off. Your wife is very talented. My compliments to the owner and the photographer!

Don't worry about the bumper. If you check the Canadian 2006 F150 brochure, all they did was use the old pictures and photoshop new bumpers on to them. The only new pictures are the HD and a Lariat with the 20's.

She says thanks. It's a Nikon D70. Which can actually be used point and shoot, although she gets better results using manual settings.

She does all my photography. I got out of cameras back in the film days. Never was all that interested in digital as the quality was so poor for the first ten years.
Still, she get darn fine results from all her cameras, so maybe they are worth in now.

That's one of the best photos I've seen in a while...I wish I could take pictures like that.
