The truck looks super sweet. Everything blends together and comes out perfect.

How does being 2inch lower affect the towing? And how much a deal getting the shackles install?

CehowardF150, you can install the shackles yourself if you have the tools. The gentleman on here with the singlecab shortbed truck with 22s (bluish/greenish color truck) made a tutorial that is quite good on how to do it. I ended up just having mine installed because I don't have all the floor jacks and such required to get the truck high enough to do it. I haven't hauled anything since the install but according to the folks who did it for me it should not affect anything.

Hey CEH! Long time no talk. I see you're still tearing up that RC.

Hope all is well.

Nice Setup.... I really like the blacked out look.

Makes me wish I got black wheels on my truck.

Hiya, just saw this post. You know the old man can see or hear well these days., but other than that, doing great. (big grin)

RC got 44,000+ miles and going super strong.

GSX R1000 got 50,000+ miles, and going stronger..

You had the tightest RC out there.

When you coming back to the RC world??

yeah, I gotta get my truck lowered! And since I am a pure sportcar pilot, I am looking at one of the full setups that included the shocks, springs, swaybars, struts, and shackles. More then once I found myself headed for the apex of the turn, and getting on the gas, only to find out that I am in my F150.

Will be doing this sometime next year, in the meantime, gotta be cool and just profile in the F150.. Can't let any of the old man's agressive/defensive/dam-right-brilliant driving transfer to my F150..

Be safe,
