Desperately need your help!!!!!
I have recently bought a 1400 hundred dollar lift kit from 4x4cyberstore.com, it was two months ago and i never received my lift kit. I have sent many e-mails and left tons of messages and all are ignored. Any help will be greatly appreciated, or feedback from people who have experienced the same problem!!!!!!!
1st, I'd try to be a little more descriptive with your issue. When did this happen? Do you have reciept? Did you use a CC? Did they charge your CC if so? Have you contacted your CC company or banking institution if a charge was drawn out?
If you paid by credit card, dispute the charge with your issuing financial institution. You must do this within 60 days of receiving the first statement which shows the charge being disputed. Then contact the consumer protection division of your state's Attoney General's office. Next, file a complaint with the Better Business Bureau so that other consumers will know about these thieves. You will need to provide all these agencies with copies of any documentation of the tranaction you have. Good luck.

You're spamming the forums again?

You did this a week ago and I even responded to one of them before seeing the same post in 5 other forums on this board. Later the admins deleted all your posts and you never followed up. I'm not real inclined to believe you now.

I should say that the previous time this guy posted about this I checked BBB.com and 4x4cyberstore.com does have a pretty bad rating. The worst in fact. http://www.labbb.org/BBBWeb/Forms/Bu...nyID=100008004
4 x 4 Cyberstore Company Rating F
We strongly question the company’s reliability for reasons such as that they have failed to respond to complaints, their advertising is grossly misleading, they are not in compliance with the law’s licensing or registration requirements, their complaints contain especially serious allegations, or the company’s industry is known for its fraudulent business practices.
sad sad situation that's for sure

Well, I would take a copy of the BBB report, your confirmation, & any e mails you have reveived to your bank & look for some help there. A lawyer might be your only option at this point but at least you could try to get a settlement out of it.
I'd calm down & take a deep breath because it's going to be an up hill battle. All of it is going to be on your shoulders. Just don't give up. That is what he is going to be counting on. Get creative, post all your info on 4x4 forums everywhere. Just, let people here the info & let them decide. Do not go around just bashing the store. Take you time & type your posts thoughtfully. Bitching & yelling with everything in CAPS if the best way to get ingored. I'd scan a copy of the confirmation & your check (blurring out person info & routing/account #'s). & ad them to your posts. Remember seeing is believing.
PS- & as Frito said don't spam in more than 1 forum per web site.

You now know who this person is and that he is running this business out of his house. I would get a lawyer involved and see about taking this guy to small claims court. If you can get a judgement against him, you can put a lean on his house, provided he owns it. I bet he will return you money then.
Interesting, I just looked at the website in question. This company doesn't accept credit cards. What kind of company doesn't accept credit cards in this day and age? Let this be a lesson to everyone. If they don't accept a credit card, they probably aren't legit!
Sorry to hear about your unfortunate situation. I recommend using a CC next time you make a large purchase like this. If the company doesn't accept them, take your business elsewhere. You have more resources to get your money back if things go wrong. Good luck to you!

If you placed the order over the internet and then sent him a check, that's considered internet fraud. I would contact your local FBI office or file a complaint online at www.ifccfbi.gov. Then I'd let him know that you've filed a complaint with the FBI. Sometimes that's enough to get "the bad guys" attention. The FBI may not be able to do much for just you but they may have other complaints against him. I'd also file a complaint with your state attorney general's office. Good luck.
