OUCH!! That sucks!!

Hey guys...saw this in a guys gallery over at FTW. Yes it is a 250 but wanted to post it here for you guys to see! What a shame..hope the guy was alright

Can insurance deny payment for accidents if vehicles are grossly modified beyond factory specs without the insurance company's previous knowledge?

YES, I do believe they can. You make it "unsafe" to the point where it causes such an incident, they can deny your claim.

They won't deny your claim, i had the same thing happen in my old dodge when it flipped from being too tall.
