Hard to Believe
Hard to Believe
Looking online at the F150's and found this website. Hard to believe that a mini cooper has a better crash rating. I still can't believe it. I'm glad they improved.

Not intended to start any slamming. Just curious about anyone with positive experiences after a collision. Good stories of deer or trees and such. Damage reports and/ or how the truck held up after a rough off road experience. I realize that they are rated MUCH better now, but not EVERYONE has a new F150 either. Also, I have not seen the threads regarding this PAST issue before. Thanks

Thanks for the pics INTEL486 and 04 RED LARIAT. I travel with my family nationwide and I tow another vehicle, I've come close to hitting a couple of deer and I have had close calls with many crazy drivers in many different states from Baltimore, Maryland to Sacramento California and Back home in Texas. I'm glad to hear that you have been protected and safe in your collisions and with your experiences. Although your loss is irreparable
the loyalty to your truck is what has kept FORD in business. Pictures like these are proof that although consumer reports and other companies may have their negative OPINIONS about a particular vehicle, I feel the owner experience is the most satisfying and the owner reviews are the MOST important. We live with these vehicles. We should be confident. And although nothing is always guaranteed 100%, our odds are greater. Thanks.

Not to mention, I have also tacoed a car (I hit them doing almost 35 mph) and it survived just fine - my truck looked nothing like that one in the crash test pic and I am still driving it today.
