hey guys, just got in a voltmeter that will fit into the 2nd whole int the dash pod next to my tranny temp guage. 2 questions....
1. can i jump the light wires on the tranny gauge to the volt gauge? or do i need to run seprate wires off another source.

2. where is the best place to run the voltmeter wiring if i want to connect it to the trailer tow package wiring to make sure i have a good connection back to a trailer when towing, but still be able to read an accurate voltage when not towing?
