Vibration while towing

I remember reading about a vibration in the 04s before and was wondering if there was a fix for it. Just got a new trailer that weights 2000 lbs and have a vibration while towing between 45 - 75 MPH. Dealer has tried adjusting the pinion angle but that didnt work. Was there a TSB for this? Also had my ring and pinion replaced at around 12000 miles, now have 23000, for a whine between 48 mph to 55 mph. Anyone have any info. Thanks.

I have a 05 and it vibrates bad between 55 and 60 when i pull a trailer. The more weight I haul in the trailer the worse it is. Did not take it yet been to busy but its gotta go in soon. Very annoying

My 05 Scab (10/04 production date and 3000 miles) has the 45 mph and up vibe. It's been at the Dealer for a week and a half. They force balanced and rotated the tires, didn't help! Installed an updated drive shaft, didn't help! Shimmed the pinion angle, Didn't help! Now, per Ford, they're going to try a new ring and pinion. I guess I'll find out next week if that fixes it!
