Well, it might come with the controls on the wheel, and it does come with slightly better speakers. An aftermarket unit would probably be adaptable to the amp/woofer and of course it could use the better speakers.

Depends on the price. If it cost another two hundred, go for it. If it sets you back another six hundred you would be nuts to do it. Just balance the numbers.

Also, you could e-bay the unit for 100-150 probably.
