Weird Sound!?! Help!

I have a problem. Recently my 2005 STX 150 has been making a weird rubbing sound coming from the front left tire. At first it sounds like a rubbing sound and then as i step on the brakes it sounds like it is winding down. Then it bumps a few times and the whole underside shudders. There are no specific circumstances where it will happen, sometimes it happens on turns, sometimes on the highway, sometimes when just going straight. The dealer has no idea what is going on and of course I have not been able to get it to duplicate the sound with a tech in the truck. It has about 9700 miles on it. Any info anyone has would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks

Did your service department put your truck up on a lift, pull the tire off and do a visual inspection of the brake caliper and front suspension components?

Is your truck a 4x4? Could it be a vacuum hub that is faulty?

yes it is a 4X4 they actually found a TSB to replace the calipers because they were overheating. this however fixed one problem (squeaky breaks) but not the problem that I am describing now. I am getting quite frustrated and they really dont have any answers
