Armrest/rear Drink Holder ???

IS IT ME OR WHAT, BUT MY ELBOW ENDS UP IN THE DRINK HOLDER OF THE CENTER CONSOLE? AND THEN HOW ARE YOU TO GET ANYTHING OUT OF THE
CONSOLE WHEN YOU OPEN IT AND LEAN OVER TO REACH IN,WITH YOUR LEFT HAND YOU END UP WITH CONSOLE IN THE CHEST, OR IF YOU LEAN FORWARD AND REACH IN WITH YOUR RIGHT HAND YOU ARE ALL CONTORTIONIST STYLE. FUNNY I WAS JUST FINISHING THE SPARK PLUG THREAD AND ALL THE STATEMENTS ABOUT FORD AND THEY WILL TAKE CARE OF IT , ETC......THEY CAN'T EVEN DESIGN A CENTER COSOLE!!!!!!

I have the flow-through center console and have always hated the design. The only thing I do like about it is the size...you can fit a lot of stuff in that huge thing!

Thanks! To put the picture in there, upload the pic that you want as your signature. View that picture. Right click that picture and click properties. Copy the address in the properties box. In your signature, put <> without the <>'s and it will be at the end of your posts.

Sure, I may have to lean a bit to get into the console, but I like how the button is up front and that it opens backwards. I've seen Dodges and Chevys with the button on the driver side and they open towards the passenger. This is great if the driver is the ONLY one ever needing to get in there ... but a passenger is screwed. So, I'll take Ford's design and live with it. When it comes down to it, they can't please everyone.
