Tuff4rd,

What is the backspacing on your wheels? Also, what type of headlights do you have? Did you get the $300+ kit online, or just some bulbs? Awesome looking truck!

To look like mine you will have to go with full replacement because of your bars, bolt on only works with honeycomb grills

Wow... white FX4s look SICK! Personally Id keep the stock grille, it looks tough as hell with that black bull bar, plus Im sure it flows more air then any of the aftermarket ones.

Thanks!

Actually the truck is silver, it just looks lighter in the pictures.

BTW- I too like the look of the stock grill, it does give the truck a rugged look.
I do however want to clean up the look of the front, and I think the billet grill does that.
I have already removed a brush guard and bug deflector, but I am still not totally happy.

Thanks, Im not really sure what the backspacing is on the wheels. You may want to ask Cobra since he has the same wheels. As for the lights, they are oem Harley lights with a 5000k xenon H.I.D kit which I got at ebay for $280 shipped.

2 big questions eating at me....can someone tell me what the big difference is in the looks/functions of the harley taillamps, some replacement led taillamps like the new apc brand, and factory? I don't notice much difference in looks at all unless I'm overlooking something.

2nd question is to anyone w/ the hid kits...do the 5000k lights/kit or whatever you've got function better than factory, or can you see about the same as factory with them, or what? The color definitely looks better.

I lied...one more question....has anyone figured out how to replace that yellow piece in the side of the headlamp assembly so that you truly have a clear headlamp?

Silver definitley stays clean longer, 3 weeks after washing people ask how I keep it so clean, and I say it is filthy!!

Oh ok, gotcha. Well, one easy little thing to do to the front to clean it up is swap out the stock amber turn signal bulbs with a pair of chrome reflective plated ones that aluminate amber. It makes the whole headlight look one color and really cleans up the front end for about $8.

Again, nice rig!

:EDIT: I see youre an SVT owner aswell... Lets see some pics of that '98! I used to have a '96 with the '98 wheels on it and I loooove that body style.

Yeah, I really want the clear turn signal bulbs, now I just have to find them.
As for the Cobra, picks will be in my gallery by the end of the week. I just have to get around to doing it.
I see you have an 03 Cobra with 500 ponies, quite impressive! I think some picks of yours are in order also!
