Eh, I've done something like that many times... so excited with a new toy sometimes caution and thinking takes a back seat due to the insane amount of fun your having... it happens! Get it fixed and rock and roll!!!

Hate to see that you messed your truck up. In my opinion your truck is the best looking street truck I have seen posted on this site and the thought of it being SC'ed makes it even sweeter. I everytime I see your siggy, of course the girl on the back does help contribute to my ing... At least by looking at your pic's its not as bad as I was expecting after reading your description of what you did. You'll have it back looking better than ever... Oh, BTW, 400+hp and wet streets arent a good combination, but of course you know that now..

same exact thing happened to me with a 1995 Z28 Camaro.. the first week I had my license... but I also bent the rear axle

i figure everything happens for a reason; better to mess up now and learn the lesson than later when you think you know your limits.

congrats on the SC i love the sound those things make

thanks, yeah im just glad it wasnt bad and no one was hurt. im a actually pretty good at driving i just assumed that a 5000 lb truck would be able to hold traction better than it does... one thing ive noticed is that the shifts now always torque the rear end to the side a little, dont get me wrong, its badass, but that is something i have to watch for especially in the rain. i can barely take off and downshift even with light throttle and not break the tires loose in the rain yup, 300+ rwhp + wide tires + wet roads = accident waiting to happen. bad thing is i knew this before i started playing, but dzervit is right, you just get so caught up haven fun that u dont think...

btw im going to get some vids this weekend, but my hosting package on my website wont handle the bandwidth this site will eat anybody know where i can get some vids hosted?

Smok][n, check my gallery and you'll see a couple moron moments in there, especially the door one on my F150. I was being pulled out of a stuck with the door open...absolutely genius huh. About a $3000 mistake, totally not worth it.

Also, you are still under 400hp? I know 400 is significant, but they're claimed to be 300hp vehicles stock, or are you referring to rwhp and they're referring to horse power at the engine or whatever. When people speak of horsepower, is it more common for them to speak of rwhp? And have you ran the 1/4 yet.

If you're ever in California, I'll give you a full tank if you let me drive your S/C'ed pickup. On second though, don't look at my gallery and I was lying, I've never wrecked, I square.

And Putfile is a good host or Streetfire.net.

Hmm... the Roush dealer that I went through told me that my PCM would be re-flashed and that the governer would be set to either 117mph or 130mph.... I havent tested it yet.

Great vids though. You abuse that bad boy
