Looking for some help on side step bars.

Hey folks, I am contemplating on getting some side step bars for my regular cab 4x2. Both my girlfriend and mother have trouble getting in and BOTH want me to get some, and I also think they look good!

What I am looking for are bars that stick both the farthest out and the farthest down from the cab. I actually want them to be useful rather than just something like nerf bars, ya know?

Thankfully I have a black truck, and am getting black powder coated bars rather than chrome, so they are much cheaper. I know I can't go wrong with some Westin's, but does anyone have any thoughts on either these or others?

Thanks!

I would go with the westins, or the ford ones which is what I have. Either one I don't think you will be dissapointed. Good luck.
