lookikng for your updates on cam phaser fix

been talking to my dealer about the fix for a couple of months....finally took truck in for oil change and had them let it warm all the way up to hear the knocking sound at idle. mine is not really loud (like the midget comment nder the hood i heard), but it is noticable especially next to a building or drivethru etc.....they used the tsb 5-15-08 as the reference for the parts needed. this sound like the latest and does this fix really work? don't want to get it torn into for no reason.....
on a side note, anyone have there center lug nut cover replaced? the blue was coming off or totally off an all my wheels (blue oval in the center). the service rep noticed and ordered all new centers. i have used the brake dust cleaner on the wheels, nothing stronger, and a soft brush when cleaning them. the wheel cleaner states it is safe for the aluminum wheels. i have the fx4 18" factory wheels by the way....thanks.

I had my cam phaser fixed twice. The second time around it fixed it.... no problems. Not sure what the TSB number was.
