Rusting Bed Bolts
I'm too old to worry about rust. Hell I'm rusty so what do I care. One thing you could do if it really bothers you is to find a Ti replacement. Now that would be trick and just think of all the weight you'll save!
I think it is possible that the rust for those who have removed the bolts is from the actual removal process. Is it possible one may have slightly scratched the bolt head, in turn causing the advancement of the rust....?

This was not too smart IMO....the bolts get just as much "abuse" from the weather on the underside of the bed (if not more) than the inside of the bed of the truck...not to mention the fact that you will ruin your line-x job when/if you have to remove the bolts.....and if you do have to remove these bolts...I doubt Line-x will repair the liner under their warrenty since it is standard practice for them to remove the bolts prior to application....
I was given the option to remove them or leave them and my dealer told me he'd cover it if there was ever a problem.
