Chris, normally, I believe, the gearset from Ford only includes the ring and pinion and maybe friction modifier, at least that's what it was when I bought my 3.73's for the Cobra a few years back. You will also probably need a new crush collar and shims and of course the proper ford synthetic rear end oil. Good luck!

they are all deals anyone can get if they try. the install is tricky to get for that cheap and i lucked out, but he said he could get it for $125 so im not too far off
