Well in my 4 door '03 the milliage gets better and it will pull pretty hard off the line as apposed to the sluggish feeling(due to the hott las vegas heat) with reqular.....the E85 is also 107 octane and i BELIEVE the sport track has a lower compression ratio and thats why they are only rated 205 hp with regular gas....but rated at 210 with E85.....either way its much cheaper and will be offered with the new trucks according to this..... http://www.blueovalnews.com/2005/guide.2006/f150.html as well as a few other places i found with a google search.

 

I have to say, I kinda like the round foglights. I almost bought an 06 Lariat yesterday but we were just a litte far off on the numbers. It was solid White with Chrome bumpers and grill surround and had Tan leather interior. The truck was very nice looking. When I started looking for a new truck I told myself that I didnt want white. Then I saw this truck on the lot and man was it nice. I think the Tan leather is a little darker than it has been in the past.

Does anyone know what kind of programs or incentives Ford will have on the 06 models? The sales guy told me they will be announced on Sept. 7th and as long as they have some cash incentive and the 2.9 financing, he could get me where I want to be payment wise.

can someone find a picture of a lariat with round lights? all i can find is pics of the harley d. truck.

 

i hate to say it, but the gas prices may make more people buy chevy's. most of those trucks get way over sticker mpg. i cant get mine to get the city rating while i am on the highway.

i think the lights really throw the look of the front of the truck. it also really sucks that they are putting LT handles on them now. i really liked being the only one around with them on...

 

LT handles are only available on the Lariat and XLT with the $1295 chrome package, and is supposed to be limited to something like 15% of all trucks. As a $1295 option, I don't think too many people will be getting the chrome package.
