question

o.k. i know this has been discussed alot before but i have made up my mind to go ahead and do an HID kit to my truck. i am aware of the glare i will get doing this, but my question is, what is the best kit to go with so i dont have alot of glare. I have seen some pics on some of the posts with before and after shots where the glare has gotten better, so my qustion is as stated, what system do i go with to get the least amount of glare, mculich, philips, hella, what is the trick to getting minimal glare from the headlights?

again, i understand that there will be glare and that my headlights dont come equiped with a sheild, so how do i do this without a retro fit, i dont want to do that, i just want to plug and play, no cutting etc...
