I realize this may belong elsewhere...

Can anyone tell me if the 2004 grille and surround will fit my 2005 FX4? The 04 grilles seem to be listed at FPN with painted surrounds. The lising for the 05 grille appear to require paint. The price is the same... TIA

 

You're in the right place for this question. The 2004's and 2005's are the same size. Before ordering from the stealership, etc., you might want to contact TORRIE at FordPartsNetwork.com. He's given some good pricing in the past. Just my $0.02. Good luck.

 

They most certainly do. I did the reverse, putting the 05 fx4 grille on my 04 XLT.
