Thumbs down Just dropped off my truck..

I just got back from dropping my truck off at Deland Ford for some warranty work as follows.

1. Steering Wheel Shimmy.
2. 4WD making noise.
3. Rear suspension noise.
4. Steering Column Squeak.
5. Squaky brakes/Brake Dust.
6. Clunk in drivetrain. (When I put it in 4x4, turn the truck off, start back up, when I go to put it into drive, the brake will go all the way down to the floor, and than I'll put it in drive and it'll make a loud thud. This will only happen if Im in soft sand. Wierd)
7. Throttle Lag

They said they'd look at all of the problems and have it back to me in a few days. Hopefully.

Damn, Thumper. You need to go ahead and get you a new one and part that one out! I will take the tires and wheels. I will email you the shipping address.

They never said anything about any of my mods.

I was at a point before where I wanted to trade my truck but as long as they can get my problems resolved, its not going any where.

I have the creaking but I get in all the time. Turning a corner. Standing on the bumper, sitting on the tailgate. Any rear suspension movement causes the creak.

I'll do that but as far as I know they'll either replace the leaf springs, rear shocks, or something to do with the rear bucket where the leaf springs go into.

Mine had a real shrill noise coming from the passenger seat at times. After considering all of my oiptions, I had to part ways with that blonde!

I had that problem but mine was a brunette. I had to get rid of her and get a newer model. She even came with the 05 revised rack.

Just got a call from the dealer. They said they fixed the rear suspension squeak. They took apart the leaf springs and shackles and fixed it. They are reflashing the computer. Im going to request my new computer code. They said they couldn't find a problem with the 4wd, or the squeak in the steering column. They also said they fixed the brakes, we'll see about that one. They said they couldn't find the clunk in the drivetrain. They told me nothing was wrong with the truck that it was the tires and wheels. So Im going to put my old tires and wheels back on and bring it to them. Its funny they changed the rack for 05. If there was no problem with the 04 rack, why would they change it!? Gotta leave these Ford dealerships!

Quintin or other Ford Techs:

If my dealer won't give me the new computer code, can you look up thru Oasis what my current code is if I give you my VIN? It'd be a big help. Im planning on getting a Xcal 2 so I don't want to be stuck not knowing my code.
