This is a response I am looking for. Thanks Crash. I own a 2002 F-150 XLT 5.4L and I can light it up for about 13-15 feet depending on the type of pavement. I do not have limited slip so I am willing to bet it's only one tire spinning. I want to know how the 04-05 f-150's fare in the rubber burning event Post your's here along with your mods. Also, where do you get 93 octane fuel from, is there a bottle of performance injector you have to buy at a car parts dealer?

Thanks.

Unless I really hammer with the power breaking I can't break them loose at ta stand still on dry pavement.

Yes, Nitrous Oxide, little blue bottle, like the little plue pill. It gets everything going.

I’d have to measure to be exact, but it looks like about 10’ to 12’ or so; no power braking, just "flash" - sit there and idle & then just nail it. I got a 3:55 posi and I’m running TP’s 93-octane performance tune

I'm good for about five feet on dry pavement, just nailing the throttle, 1718 superchips tuner (performance tuned) and the AF1. No exhausts mods yet.

If I power brake and get the tires broke loose and the rpms up....a pretty long way.

Just from a stop about 5ft. with a second gear chirp ever now and again.

I spent so much time and so many dollars trying to get traction and eliminate spin on my drag truck that the idea of trying to spin the tires is just funny to me. My truck just hooks up and goes. I thought that was the objective.

I've got 3.73 and with a LSD. Other mods in my sig. Depends on the pavement type, but most of the time just a little chirp and take off. Sometimes I get a chirp into 2nd if everything gee-haws. I've powerbreaked it once for about 2-3 seconds and stayed in it. When I let off the break it actually started spinning faster. Left black marks for 65 feet. This was my burnout when I was leaving my wedding. Too hard on tires...That's the last one.

I get a nice little chirp and thats about it (maybe a foot or so depending on pavement). I think my tires just grab too well and it's too dang heavy to do more.

A good 20-30 feet and then some just stomping it. I'd rather it wasnt like that though.

Power braking...how far can you count? LOL!!!
