autosprings size question

I am getting ready to weld up a level kit for my F150. I just want to double check to make sure I am right.

1 5/8 = 2"

1 3/4 = 2.5"

that's correct right?

thanks for the info.

If they are so close, why do they even bother with 2 sizes?

well, ive got a grille guard... if i put the 2" on, my nose would still be low due to the added couple hundred #'s on the front end... while either look great- the 2.5 is meant for trucks with equipment up front such as a guard, or plow attachment...

So if you don't have any weight up front with the 2.5" kit will the front be higher than the back?

No, it'll be almost dead level. Well with the Daystar leveling kit. I measured a week later and the rear sat .5" higher in the rear and it still sits that way with the Bull Bar and lights on the front.
