Rotating and Balancing on 35s?
Rotating and Balancing on 35s?
Just had a general questions regarding rotating and balancing your tires 35s(Procomp AllTerrain). I have an F150 supercrew with 6" Procomp lift. I was told that you only rebalance the tires that get moved to the front and no rebalancing required on the tires going to the back? It doest make sense to me, I would imagine all tires need rebalancing everytime you rotate your tires. Especially when you are running bigger tires. I'm only asking because I just noticed some even wear on the inside of my back tires. I have rotated once and I'm only at 14K miles. What has been your experience?

with a 35" i would rotate every 6,000 miles and i would cross rotate also to make them last longer if you are getting uneven tire wear you should have your alianment checked, and i get my tires balanced if i notice any type of vibe or shake, or after about 10,000 miles, with my 38" 15.5" tires i rotate every oil change 3,000 miles
I have the Nittos AT, I have them rotated and balanced every 3000 miles. Still only requring about 1-4 ounces per wheel to keep them balanced.
I agree with bigtruck get the alignment checked, Firestone can hook it up for $50 bucks
