This is what I'm most interested in. If your company lifts a finger to "go after" her, please let me know .... I'll be switching my coverage to your carrier. They paid you ~$900. How much is it worth to try to recoup this, from the insurance co's perspective? That amount of money is in the noise for most national carriers.

Good luck with the rest. It took me a couple of months to "get over" my incident with my insurance company (traffic accident, cops investigated, listed the other driver at fault, I received no violation, the other driver did, my insurance company listed me at fault and paid everyone's claims). Time heals all wounds ... at least she's leaving and hopefully you'll never see her again.

 

Isn't it a crime to drive a Kia? It's automatically her fault.

It ain't fixed yet. I just dropped it off today to get fixed this week. Today around 2:30 was the last time I had to look at the damaged bumper w/ the piece of duct tape holding down the plastic piece on top.

They'd better lift a finger. I'm so p'd off that I pay these people a boat-load of money and they do practically nothing for me. Insurance is a big scam.
