4x4 4x2, What's the differance?
Does anyone know the differance between the 4x4 and 4x2 suspension for stock ride height? I know the 4x4 has a spacer block added under the rear leaf springs, but what about the front

Thanks inbred... I've been wondering that. I wouldn't mind lowering that back a tad since I have to jump into the truck. (I'm 5'9") On the other hand, I moved a hot tub for my father in law yesterday and the truck was pretty much level with the load. I guess if I took the blocks out, I'd have to add bags to the rear suspension for when I hook the trailer up. (too much hassle) Anyway, thanks again for the info.

don't get me wrong... I don't use a spring board or anything. It's just either climb in or jump in. I prefer to jump in so I don't scuff the rocker panel.

Thanks guys for the responce. I have a 4x2 with 20" Nitto Grapplers and a leveling spacer kit, but it just doesn't lok quit right to me. One guy asked if I lowerd it
I thought to myself, "OK that conferms it".
