^yeah, register a new fake name, bid up on the truck to like $100k plus or something ridiculous, and then soon as the auction is over, leave negative feedback saying the guy is a scammer and it's not even his truck.

The dude should be made to take those down by Ebay, though that isn't going to likely happen.

I recall hearing about a scam where the Ebay buyer and seller make arrangments to conclude the sale of a vehicle after the auction is complete. When the buyer arrives in town to take delivery of the vehicle he/she is mugged and robbed of their money (usually a cashiers check).
Another reason why it is important to use a broker when completing these types of transactions. May not be the same in this case, but for sure this seller is not being completely honest.

I just want to know why he had to use someone elses pictures to sell his vehicle. I am now assuming that he must have one that is at least similar to 04 red lariat's.

I would assume that our personal galleries would fall under "Documents" as stated in the sites disclaimer. If that is the case, I would think that there is ground for legal action.
I would hope that eBay_F150 would chime in here and disclose his intentions before this thing gets blown way out of perspective.
