I am attempting to install my new cluster but I'm having a heck of a time getting the top pc off. The one that surrounds the cluster. I've removed the lower section no probs and removed the two screws at the bottom holding the upper section. Now there are supposed to be clips holding the rest but I've pryed with all my might off the steering wheel but cannot get the part to come loose. where are the clips and how many/whats the trick to not f_ing up the upper dash piece?
